There are 2 shipping options;

When we have your order in the warehouse of your country;

Order processing time; 1-2 days (Monday to Saturday)

Delivery time; 2-5 days (Monday to Saturday)

If we do not have your order in your country's warehouse; Order processing time: 1-2 days (Monday to Saturday)

Delivery time: 7-10 days (Monday to Saturday)

We have fulfillment centers in 7 countries: Germany, France, Italy, United Kingdom, United States, Spain, and China. After your purchase is completed, your order will be shipped to you from our warehouse in your country if we have the product in stock. If the product you ordered is not available in our warehouse in your country, your order will be shipped from our warehouse in the country closest to you or to our warehouse in China, where we manufacture and stock all of our products.

The working days of our warehouses around the world are Monday to Saturday. After you complete your purchase, your order will be processed the next business day and prepared and shipped within 24-48 hours.

If the product you ordered can be found in our warehouse in your country, it will usually be delivered to your address within 2-5 days after shipping.

If the product you ordered is not available in our warehouse in your country, it will usually be delivered to your address within 7-15 days after it is shipped by express shipping.

After your order is shipped, your tracking number will be sent to your email address. After you receive the tracking number, you can track your order in the " Track Order" section of our website.
